FAQ

Who are the conferences for?
The events are for schools-based guidance counsellors working in international school settings.

We are happy to receive applications from independent counsellors to join our online conference. We may ask to see evidence of professional accreditation as part of our application process.

We are unable to accept applications from individuals representing any other organisations.

How many places are available?
We have no limit on the number of delegates who can attend online.

We have 50 places available to attend the in person fly-in.

We will give priority to schools who have not previously attended a conference.

If we can't offer you a place in person, we will offer you a place to attend online.

I want to come in person. Can I bring a second colleague?
We're only able to provide one place per school to attend in person. We are able to offer additional places to attend online.

Can I attend both online and in person?
No. We will either offer you a place to attend online or in person.

Is there a cost to attend?
There is no fee to attend the conference.

If you're attending in person, you will need to cover the cost of your travel and your accommodation during the conference. We strongly encourage you to speak with your school before you apply to ensure that there are funds available to cover your attendance.

We understand that it may not be financially viable for all schools to send delegates in person. We're committed to providing an online version of the conference which is accessible to all. As such, we're unable to offer financial assistance to attend in person.

Will online sessions be recorded?
We will record all online sessions, giving you the flexibility to engage with the content at your own convenience.
